Since our formation in 1981, we’ve been working with businesses who are interested in achieving customer service excellence, and have been creating innovative solutions for our clients’ sales and marketing challenges. Most of our work has been in the home building industry, providing feasibility studies, consumer and market research, sales training, evaluation and coaching, documentation of sales processes/policies, and customer satisfaction measurement and improvement. The single strategy that we believe has made our approach successful: We base all of our work on what we learn from our clients’ customers – what they’re thinking, what they’re feeling, how they perceive their experiences.

Our primary differentiation is consumer-based research through telephone interviews with our client’s prospects and buyers. The results provide unique insights into their decision-making process and perceptions. Unlike typical surveys, these interviews are conducted by members of The Intelligent Approach staff who are highly trained, experienced in housing, and expert in the art of interviewing. We take special care to create a positive experience for every customer contacted, and the interview is an indication that the client cares enough about them to learn how they feel. As a result, our interviews are sound public relations for our clients.
